Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

USA 
We ship using USPS or UPS. You'll have the choice of economy or expedited shipping options:

  • USPS: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express
  • UPS: Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air

Delivery times typically range from 1-5 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Mayasonic is based in Washington State and is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Washington addresses. For orders shipped to other U.S. states, sales tax may be collected where legally required based on applicable state laws. All applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

International
For orders outside the USA, we ship exclusively with DHL Express. We use DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping, meaning any duties/taxes applicable for your region will be collected during checkout. This saves you time and prevents unexpected charges when your package arrives. Typical delivery times range from 2-5 business days depending on your location.

We understand that international shipping costs, duties, and taxes can add significantly to your purchase. These fees are unfortunately outside our control, but we've worked to secure the best possible shipping rates and provide full transparency about all costs upfront. We sincerely appreciate the support of our international customers who go the extra mile to bring Mayasonic pedals to their pedalboards around the world.

Regions We Ship To
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Norway, and Switzerland. Prices, shipping costs, and duties/fees will be displayed in your local currency, providing complete transparency about your total cost.

When does my order ship?

Orders are shipped within two business days of your order. We only list items for sale if they are available to ship immediately—we don't build to order.


Lost or damaged shipments

Please inspect your delivery when it arrives. If anything looks damaged, email us at info@mayasonic.com within 48 hours so we can help sort it out.

We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is secure. If you have any questions, email us at info@mayasonic.com
