No returns. All sales are final.

All sales made directly through mayasonic.com are final—we do not offer returns or refunds.

If your pedal is defective, we’ll take care of it under your lifetime warranty.

If having the option to return is important to you, we recommend buying from an authorized dealer (once we have those rolling). Some dealers offer return windows as part of their own policies.

Thank you for your understanding. As a one-person business that builds each pedal by hand it is extremely difficult to accomodate returns. We are confident that you're going to love your Mayasonic pedal though!
